Bench Press

Rep Start
  • Object supported in hands, elbows extended.
Rep End
  • Same as rep start.
Rep Requirement
  • Lies on bench: shoulderblades and glutes in contact with bench.
  • Object(s) must come in controlled contact with chest or shoulders before returning to rep end.
Cycle & Post Rep
  • The athlete may return to rep start in any controlled manner.
